EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY
WE ARE ALWAYS HERE TO HELP YOU.
All sales are final. However, We are open to exchange and refund credit to your account once the conditions are new within seven days after purchase.(7 days start at delivery date)
Any hair extensions that have been used, washed or worn in any way will not qualify to exchange or return.
We are a wholesale hair company, We do not have that large margin for support retail return policy.
CLEARANCE PRODUCTS
All clearance products including special listings are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
If you have any questions about these products please contact us directly first to make sure it is clear as to what you will be receiving.
When you receive the order, if any problem arises, such as hair quality issues, hair color, or hair length is not correct, you can always call us at 443-396-3432. Please email us at Privilegedelitehair@gmail.com to explain the request and provide picture proof so that we can process your return request.
Here are some FAQs in regards to our exchange policy:
1. CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
Yes, we are happy to accept an exchange for purchases made within the last seven days. It will be more persuasive if you attach a picture of the packing box containing the shipping information and a picture of the item you received in the email. We will look into the case once we receive your email, and then we will solve your problem.
After seven days, we usually do not accept any return or exchange requests.
2. WHAT IS THE EXCHANGE PERIOD?
We will provide an exchange for your order purchased within the last seven days.
3. DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING OF MY EXCHANGE?
We will provide you the return address. But you need to pay the shipping fee and the price difference.
4. MAY I EXCHANGE THE HAIR WITHOUT CONTACTING YOU?
No. Before sending your exchange to us, you must contact us because the return address may differ from the address your order initially shipped. Also, we need the confirmation of the shipping company and tracking number.
5. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY EXCHANGE?
Once we receive the returned goods from you, we will check the returned good’s condition. If the condition is good, we will process the refund or exchange within 1-2 business days. We suggest our customers use UPS as a shipper, and it takes 2-5 business days for your packages to be delivered.
