“Do you guys process returns?”
All sales are final. Any hair extensions that have been used, washed or worn in any way will not qualify to exchange or return. This is a Wholesale hair extension website. However, we do the exchange and store credit for purchases within the last seven days. To request a return, please email us at Privilegedelitehair@gmail.com with an explanation of the request along with picture proof so that we can process your return request.
“When will I get my order?”
We process your order within 24 to 48 hours unless it’s weekends or holidays. All orders are subject to UPS/USPS processing times which usually take 1-5 business days. All orders are shipped by UPS/USPS and come with a tracking number. Orders over $200 will ship with the “signature required” option upon delivery.
“How about UPS/USPS tracking says that my order was delivered, but I did not receive it.”
We are not responsible for packages once they leave our facility. For any claims or issues with the delivery of your boxes, please get in touch with UPS at 1-800-742-5877 or the USPS number.
“When will my pick-up order be ready?”
We process your order within 3 to 4 hours from ordering. When your order is ready for pick up, we will send you an email notification. We will verify all orders with a valid government ID.
“Why was my order canceled?”
There could be several reasons that may cause your order to be canceled. If your order gets canceled because of any action by us, you will receive a refund back to your account in 3-5 business days.
“HOW MUCH IS YOUR SHIPPING FEE?”
We offer free shipping on all orders over $79 via standard shipping.
$7.99 for flat shipping. $22 for express shipping
